Store Policies
Returns Returns must be sent directly to us. Do not return items to the warehouses that the shipments originated from. An RMA must be issued in order to receive proper credit. RMA's can be obtained by calling our customer service dept. RMA's will only be issued within 3 days of the receipt of your items. All sales are final with the exception of manufacturers defects, which will be evaluated by our return dept. We will only issue a credit on returns. No cash, checks, PayPal payments or credit card payments will be refunded with the exception of a manufacturers defect. Credits or refunds may take up to 5 business days to show up in your account Shipping Shipping usually occurs within 3 business days. Some items my be sent from different areas of the country and may take a few extra days to arrive at your location. If you do not receive your items within 15 days of purchase contact our customer service dept. We are not responsible for shipping damages. You must file a claim with the carrier if this is the case. All purchases are shipped by either FedEx or UPS depending on your location and the location from which the shipment originates. Shipping to Canada The customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, and other fees that may apply. All Canada Orders are shipped by FedEx, UPS or DHL. Due to our high shipping volume we have been able to lock in very good rates. "Due to the High Shipping Cost All Canada SALES ARE FINAL." We do not ship to any other countries at this time. Payment We accept Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Diners Club, Discover, money orders, personal checks, cashiers checks. Some forms of payment must clear your bank before your order is processed. This could take up to 7 business days.
